Course Description:
Theatre Tech 2 explores the technical and business aspects of the theatre and application of these methods and procedures with the major portion of class time spent on actual work on a production. Encourages students to learn all aspects of technical production and then concentrate on those skills which are of most interest. Mandatory participation in departmental performances (crew work) and attendance of a minimum of two live theatre performances per semester is required. Note: Lab time/production work requires time outside the school day; sometimes weekends and holidays.
