Human Geography AP

Course Description:

This college-level course is an in-depth study of patterns and processes that shape human understanding including how man uses the earth and alters its surface. Students learn the methods and tools geographers use as they examine topics such as population, cultural patterns and processes, political organization of space, agriculture, and rural land use, industrialization and economic development. This course fulfills the graduation requirement in World Geography/World History.
