Course Description:

This course involves an analysis of the economy, including measurement and determination of Aggregate Demand and Aggregate Supply, national income, inflation, and unemployment. Other topics include international trade, economic growth, business cycles, and fiscal and monetary policy. Students/Parents/Guardians are responsible for any registration, tuition, fees and textbook costs. Students served under Free/Reduced lunch may qualify for tuition waivers. This course is equivalent to ECON 2301 - Principles of Macroeconomics (3 credit hours). *Juniors should complete U.S. History prior to taking this course.
