Course Description:
Lecture: Provides a survey of biological principles with an emphasis on humans, including chemistry of life, cells, structure, function, and reproduction. Lab: Laboratory activities will reinforce a survey of biological principles with an emphasis on humans, including chemistry of life, cells, structure, function, and reproduction. Lab required. Students/Parents/Guardians are responsible for any registration, tuition, fees and textbook costs. Students served under Free/Reduced lunch may qualify for tuition waivers. This course is equivalent to BIOL 1408 - Biology for Non-Science Majors 1 (4 credit hours).
