Course Description:
This course is designed to continue the reading development work of students who still need additional reading support after completing Reading 1. The course is for students who need additional help to develop their reading skills by developing vocabulary, increasing fluency, improving reading speed, and building comprehension for a variety of texts. The classes will assess individual student abilities and design a growth program to move students to an increased reading capacity through whole class, small group, and individual reading structures.
